Because I am going away again for another side trip! Supposed to be Hongkong or Singapore but I canceled my booking at the last minute! Something came up for my next week schedule and I have to be home before Thursday! So, I am going away for Manila then to Tagaytay. But I’ll be in Manila for most time. I was thinking of renting a car to use around but I HATE traffic jams so, I’ll just use a cab! I’m mostly spending me time in Makati though:) Now, I am raying hard that I won’t be able to shop as much as my original budget again..sigh..LOL I am also thinking of buying some bathroom items since 2 of the faucet in the bethroom don’t have the faucet that I want! We’ll see if I can skip or my mind can function well if I am in a SHOPPING mode! LOL

See yah when I et back!

I’d Love a Cruise!

Well, the husband knows I’d love to go on a cruise! But time won’t just make us go these days. Hopefully when the boys are a little grown up and then the husband has a lot of time to go on far away vacations. Even our Europe trip was canceled! Oh well..It’s free to wish though, so, I’ll just hope that someday we can get to have fun by direct line cruises just like the ones that I chanced up while surfing the net! I’d like to go on this Azamara Cruises or the Mediterranean Cruises! I’m sure it will be a lot of fun! With as low fair that starts around $699 you can get to be in a cruise that cheap! Imagine the inclusions would be a 7 night Mediterranean Cruise, a round-trip from Barcelona, Spain in Royal Caribbean Voyager of the Seas?! Awesome! I like the idea of a 7 night span of time. Not too long and not too short! Azamara cruise ships has been in business for years! touring around the world to the most beautiful beaches and exotic places! You can’t say no to those places!

Anyway, I’ll check this site for future cruises plans! And if you ever plan to go on a cruise this summer this is the best time to check this site! You wouldn’t want to be late with their great deals, don’t you? Have fun and enjoy summer!!! We are having a blast! We aren’t cruising though but I’ve been to places already! ;)

Traveling to Bangkok

lived in Bangkok for 2 years and every time I heard someone talking about that place, it takes me back to the time we stayed there! I can talk the whole day about how I like that city! I mean, c’mon that place has everything and I just love the idea that we can go to amazing beaches right away without hassle! I can go out in the city and go to Koh Samet, Hua hin or Pattaya close to 3 to 4 hrs drive! Yup, that near..I think most of Central Thailand, the husband and me had been there! So, what I think about Bangkok and the neighboring beaches? Of course, Bangkok has great malls..although, it’s hot all year round. But the best thing is you don’t need to worry what to wear! Bring light clothes and a good nice flip flops or flat shoes is a good thing for walking around! If you plan to go to Wat’s{temples}, it’s best that you wear proper clothes! You are not allowed to go inside the Wat’s if you’re wearing shorts. Entrance fees applied and I suggest that you go around yourself without giving yourself a hassle in group tours! It’s cheap to go around and taxes are not that expensive.

So, in a couple of weeks, me and my bro will leave for Bangkok for 4 days. The husband will just met us there from Tokyo. That if he can get reasonable flight from Tokyo-Bangkok. I think it can be very expensive. But either he can get one or not, me and bro is final to be there! We are planning to stay in Baiyoke Hotel Sky! hehehe We used to live in that area so, I know that place so much! Walking distance to World Trade Center which right now the name is different. We can ride a taxi if we want to go to MBK Mall or I can take him to ride a bus! Oh my..shopping galore!!! haha I’m not sure if Mom will go with us. She wants to go back there but she got work..So, it’s not final yet!

Anyhow, I check around great deals in the net for our hotel accommodation and found nice deal in HotelCombined! I also checked Marriott Hotel and Spa but my bro said, he wants to stay within the city proper! So, I’ll have to check on the others. Marriott has really amazing spa..I tried it before and I love it! It’s located beside the Chao Phraya river so it’s a bit far from the city proper!

So, that was it! I’ll let you know when I’ll be off! Of course, I’ll take tons of pics:D

Travel soon..

So, we are going home soon for vacation. I don’t know if I am happy or not. Because the fact that I will miss the husband again, my boys will be missing the Daddy too. But I’m sure it will turn out fine. I might be back after 3 weeks here because it will be his birthday and our Anniversary or he can go back there again. We will see. Not sure yet. But for now, I am enjoying myself looking for cute items that I will bring back home. You know, my siblings always ask little something! :) And I might get this religious jewelry for my Grandma because she asked me something like that before. I am thinking of buying Mom a jewelry too. I’m not really sure again…Noticed the not sure yet stuff? LOL We were planning in going home by July but I just can’t take it anymore without a help…sigh..

So anyway, I might not be able to update this blog. But will find time to do so..:D

To Kuala Lumpur!

I scrapped but I will post it in a bit! I thought of sharing this Kuala Lumpur travel! I’ve been there twice! But wished we went to Penang! Heard good reviews about that place:) I think I did post about this a couple of months back but I lost my entry..I have no idea but I think I lost it during I changed to a new hosting. Oh well..here it is again!

As one of the visitors of Kuala Lumpur, I was fascinated with the obvious muti-cultured country which predominantly Malay, with the smaller groups of Chinese, Indians, Euroasians, Potoguese and many other mixed races. And to think they live harmoniously. I also noticed that the the city itself was divided along racial lines. While the city’s past is still present in the powerful British colonial buildings of the Dataran Merdeka-I love that part of the city…I have so many photos there and the midnight lamps of the Petaling Street nightmarket, that past is everywhere met with reminders of KL’s present and future. The city’s bustling streets, its shining, modern office towers, and its cosmopolitan spirit of progress and symbolize Malaysia’s leap into the future.

The photo is located in Independence Square. There were full of beautiful colorful flowers and some white and black building in the right side were the British Houses, it was used to be their ballroom areas. From the center you can witness the moorish buildings where the clock Tower was located and the cricket area. It is said that, Dataran Merdeka (formerly the Selangor Club Padang) was once the focal point, and cricket green, of the British colonial presence in Malaysia.

And we went to visit the Petronas Tower. The worlds tallest Building and where the movie “Entrapment” being shot by the well-known Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones! When you’re in KL, no way you can’t see this one. Pretty with the 2 long tail, specially @ night! To visit the 41st floor, be sure to go early morning before 10 in the morning as there will be many visitors that will queue for the FREE tickets. Open by Tuesday to Sunday and you can get the tickets @ the second tower in the ground level. From there, there will be instructions to where you’ll be going to! No reservations available!

It was fun times! Photos are taken by Me.

So many things to do…

I manage to have advance Hotel reservations online because we have 2 kids with us this time and without reservations ahead will definitely be a hassle. I can cancel it still if ever. I won’t disclose the exact date yet since we are contemplating these going home plans. We still need to apply for a Schengen Visa for our trip by August. And Hubby has business meetings and testings this coming weeks. I am not sure if I can actually go home earlier. Little boy’s class will be back within 2 weeks from now. I really love to go home. But if ever we can’t. It will surely be this July since my Mom in-law will retire. I still haven’t blog about the other sad thing that came up..But I will within these days..

Anyhoo, we are considering in going to Boracay! If you read my post in my other blog. You know I really want to be there again. 2 kids in tow will not be much of a problem, I guess! There are pool for kids in the hotel and I’m sure peanut will like the sun and water too:) That means I need to check the hotel or resort and airfare tickets first. lol I asked someone already online but I haven’t gotten a reply yet..will wait on that one. Can you guess, I’m scattered brain? I have a lot of things in my mind. That I don’t know what to do first. The husband is soo busy with work that I’m not sure of our next move…Travel-Vacation-Home-Summer-Time-Money and Fun! haha

One more thing, I just checked again and found out that they do offer Vacation Packages! How awesome is that? I mean you can do everything in this site and with a great reasonable price you can no longer look for another travel destination site! Will check it out again..I need to double check with our plans..
