Getting there.

I have been trying to really shed off my preggy fats! It has been the hardest so far! I was never like this during my first pregnancy! I was once a 90 plus lbs too. See here. During my younger years:) But gained weight during the past years and now, it’s so hard to take it off! I just wished there is an easiest way to do it. But I wouldn’t dare the knife! LOL I’d rather take all the time exercising than that. I’ve heard bad reports about that. Or I can use a weight loss pill. But the husband is soo protective that he says there’s no better way to take off our extra lbs than exercising and proper diet:) So now, after 3 weeks without help. Taking an hour per day in the treadmill, I took off 10lbs already! :D A few more to go and I’m back to my normal weight;) hehe And I want to wear my old dresses!!! Arghhh..

    Good for you. Being motivate to exercise can be hard at first but once you gain a momentum it gets easier.
