There are actually companies who offers rent to own and lease to own. It sprung up in the 80’s and now they’ve been in around the country with dozens of stores that offers things like this. It would be pretty cool to just rent it and if I can’t commit to own the item I can just send it back. You can rent and own it if you like it. But some people like students, business execs who are temporary assigned in that area and is not looking to live there for good,and those people who want immediate needs and don’t want long term obligation. I say it’s a good idea actually.
