Yup, I need someone to encourage me to really lose weight.  I lost track of my diet and I wasn’t able to go to the gym. I paid for that sessions for 3 months and didn’t go there for over a month! I’ve been jetsetting and been t quite a few places and foods are just so delicious that i lost track of my diet! Crazy, I know! So, when I saw this healthy snack bars called Promax, I think this might be a good help for me! I’ve read that it’s a high energy and high protein bars with great taste, convenient snack sizes and is ideal when you want a nutritious snacks to tide you over between meals. Perfect for calorie control specially for myself who wants to take off some extra weights! With all natural energy bar, I’m sure it’s good for the health too!
