A friend of mine is 5 weeks on her first baby and I thought that why not surprise her with a baby shower,right? I just don’t know if other of our friends will be coming over since most of them lives abroad. I’ll see if what I can do. Besides it’s still very early. And we still don’t know the baby’s gender yet. I was really thinking of having a party for her. Hopefully, all plans will be push through. And when I saw this baby cribs it got me all excited again. 
You know, I am also a Mommy and I just gave birth last December so all of this travel cots and highchairs are essential for me! how much more to the preggy friend!
I see that this site really has beautiful deals from well known baby brands! I am really looking for a highchair for my little boy as well. So, if you’re a Mom like me that has a baby or will be having a new baby, this site is for us! I can save this again for any kinds of baby items that I’ll be needing! For sure, it will be sooner:)

Alpha and Vhiel gave me this special award. Thank you! I actually missed digital scrapping. I was an active scrapbooker since 2006. Got side tracked and lay low doing one of my past time since March of this year. I can’t believe the last layout I did was last March where I do layouts almost everyday before. I really really hope that I can get back my feet into scrapping. I’d love to make some layouts for my new little boy:D And can I just bragged my latest magazine publication? hehe Yup, it’s in July/August Digital Scrapbooking Magazine

We just arrived in Tokyo late this afternoon! I am very very tired. You have no idea! But I need to say something before I will be MIA again. I need to clean, clean, clean the house! LOL Read that? 3 times! The house is a mess and I will have to do all those things. I barely touch the things. Our luggage will arrive tomorrow. We opt to have it in the luggage service because we have a lot of stuff from Phils. 90kgs is a lot. So Yeah, the long vacation is over! It will take me days to get back in to my feet! but this is my life;-)
I’ll just think that all the household chores can do a lot of good in my exercising! hehe With the help of my treadmills of course! And hopefully I can shed off a few weights!

This magazine! My 4th publication on a paper magazine which is the Digital Scrapbooking Magazine July/August 2008 Issue! Wohooo! I was informed earlier this year that I got 1 layout that will be out this summer. And it’s finally on the market! Grab a copy if you haven’t yet! Nice issue:)

I think it was the other week that my bro was looking for a computer speakers for his old computer! He’s giving it to my grade school lil sis and that sis loves to play online games and watch online cartoons in disney channel. So, he was looking for a good deal. Good thing I find one online that has a great deal unlike the other site that has expensive ones! I’ll let my bro know about this. My sis has been bugging him to get one and for sure he want it asap. I’ll see about their shipping and how much it would be. hopefully it’s not that much since I am looking for another item to go with that shipping. If you’re a budget conscious like me but like quality as the same time. I think you will like this site. I read that they have other products like home theater, bookshelf and etc. If you are looking for one too, check it out!

I have been looking a site all about Mom’s! Where I can share my daily stuff about my 2 lil boys. something to ask if I have concerns and just a Mom network to share my excitement if my kids made me proud! Share photos and make friends online. That sort of things.:) If you’re a Mom you can relate to what I just said. And then I came across this site that Target market moms only! I think it’s an interesting site. Mom’s choices about for their kids, reaching other Mommies to share about their insights on how to raise kids. And other Mom talks that help every other member on that site. I will definitely check that out. I just read it through and noticed that they have a free registration. What i like is that they have things how to’s! Like how to tidy up your home with kids around. Will check on this after this vacation and see;)

I am not sure what about this mediaton and arbitration is all about. But I saw something about this San Diego mediator because a friend of my parents has been talking about her contract he got from his company and is not giving it right for him. And we all know that if whatever happens you can sue that company. You can fight what is right for you and what is for you and your contract that you and the company agreed! For some reasons that company will really help you to get what it the right thing. Some others will just promise you nothing! Good thing, I came across that site which will also help a friend of my parents who live in OC! Not really sure what the real deal but I know they have been fighting about what it is the right for them. And I hope that in the long run, the company will settle this as soon as possible! So, if you are also looking for a mediator and arbitrator, I think this site can help you.
