Weekend is here again! And it means, I’ll be flying to the tropics next week! I shouldn’t be blogging in here but since I will be busy packing things up for the next week trip and might be ignoring this blog for a while when I will be there so, I might as well skip packing for a few hours;)

Today, we are off to Odaiba to just gaze around Tokyo Bay. I haven’t been there since last year..And to think we are just a couple of minutes away What a shame..lol DH has been bugging me to check out the newest cars being released since they have this fabulous show room that has huge cars in anything you can think of! Ferrari, Porche and etc…So, we might as well check it out too. There’s also ladies shops in there so, I can also check in for myself and not be bored looking with those cars! You know,MEN!!! The last time, I was there, they have this Venetian Shopping Mall that has nifty things but as usual, I will not go there to shop. Window shopping, you can call that! lol Its not my kinda place..Interior of the shop though is jaw dropping..I will see if I can snap some pics..

I think, it was Tuesday when we had a THAI Food again! Yeah..we are soo into Thai foods and we can’t get enough! We found this Resto just near our apartment and Oh my, oh my..I’m drooling over how good the foods are! The other one, Tinun is a good one too but this one is soooo much different that you might think you are really in Thailand! Foods are kinda expensive compare to the other one but its really worth it! Super Yummy!!! Actually, we are going there for our supper!
As for my scrapping hobby, I feel so welcome in DD as their new CT. Which is a good one.;) I also had a layout that was a Layout of the Day in TDC last August 21. Thanks, ladies. It’s my 3rd time actually;) And Katie the Scrapbooklady selected my layout “Ways on How to eat Melon” as the pick for the stripes. Check it here. She is soo sweet that she sent me coupon for $5 in her shop in ACOT. Thanks! I also want to congratulate my friend Becky as one of her layout was picked too! Ahh..what else..Aha! I also went shopping to ScrapArtist yesterday! They have 30% discount and you gotta check it out now! Oh my gosh, the total in my cart is almost $200 and it took me 4 hrs to unzip everything..haha But of course, I didnt pay since I have a 1 year free everything in there! I was keeping an eye of Kim C’s RAD Collection and glad she transferred in SA. So, I have a lot of kits that needs my attention to scrap now.I wish I have a lot of time to do so..And also,check out the new kits for DD that will be out this Sunday! The designers are working so hard to offer you fabulous designs! They are rocking my socks off!!! Fee Jardine in TDC just released a new kit called Cherry Snap and it’s another eye candy. And lastly but not the least, Meredith will be releasing her new collection very soon and you really gotta save on this one! lol She did it again! Another rawking designs that is really a must buy!!! Okay, enough of my enabling speech

So, our weekend was not that exciting! Yeah…hubby stayed too late in the computer and played with his World of Warcraft again! So he got up soo late last Saturday and we decided that we will just stay in the house! But we manage to hit the nearest Japanese Sushi bar near at our place and spent our soumptous lunch there. And by afternnon, we jog in the park for 3 hrs. I was soo tired aftewards. It’s no fun at all! lol

Have you seen my new blinkie in the side? Yep, I am happy to share that Katie, emailed me last Wednesday and she want me in Designer Digitals CT!!! How cool is that? I was soo excited and honored too..There was a little downside though as I resigned in my other CT’s but I’m sure its all worth it!

Anyway, I guess, this will be a short post for now. I haven’t scrap since Friday as I am kinda slump now. hehe The new layouts I posted in the galleries this morning were made last week….and oh, the new one I posted in JW designs, I made that this morning but it’s very simple..So yeah..I will just answer in the forums and post some lovin’ in the gallery….Will post some new layouts here, later..

So, TGIF again! Wow..time flies so fast,huh! This week was all the same though. Except that I kinda sleep early at night and wake up like 6 or 7 in the morning. DH asked me the other day why I changed my sleeping habit. Not sure too but I love it like that compared before that I sleep past 3 in the morning and wake up too late like 11 or 12 pm. Which is not good..But I don’t know when this will last though..who knows..;) And oh..My right foot is okey now, in case you wonder..
DH and I were thinking of going to Osaka this weekend. We can catch the 11:30am bullet train tomorrow. But we have to consider the budget. It will cost us around $800 for 1 night stay and including our round trip bullet train tickets, foods and other expenses.Bullet train ticket for 1 way is like $110. Its kinda expensive but its still in the works though. Second option will be going to Mt. Fuji. And the last one is, stay in the house! lol Let’s see how it will go.

I went out to shop today! Yep, GAP store here have a summer sale and since I will be off to Phils again 2 weeks from now, I made some early shopping. I can’t show you some pics here as GAP.com is under construction but just leave it to me that its all nice! ha..I also went to have some grocery. I was thinking of making DH a nice dinner tonight. He loves grilled chicken with yummy sauce that I have been making. And some corn and I will also make Adobong Baboy(Filipino dish), this dish consists of chunks of pork cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaf, lots of garlic and whole peppercorns. Yummy right? DH really love this.

As for my scrapping front. Last week has been so great to me. I had few recognitions in my layouts. If you haven’t been to Designer Digitals homepage, you should go there! Isn’t it great to know that others like what you do? Like any other scrappers, I am still in 7th heaven! hehe okey, enough of my gushing..But I have some news to blog about maybe early next week. It’s still a secret. There’s a little downside but I’m sure its something new for me as a scrapper!

Yeah..I did! Last night, was cleaning the kitchen sink and all. Was busy cleaning the veggies I bought in the grocery and then I grab the drawer just below the sink. Unknowingly,the drawer fell off suddenly and hit my poor right foot…ugghhh It hurts like mammonth!!! Man, I got a late reaction thing. I shouted a few seconds after..not sure why. But it hurt sooo much that I almost fainted…:( I called hubby few minutes after and I cried like a baby…Seriously though, I can’t walk properly now..sigh..

On the other side of the note, weekend was all the same! lol Not much action. I thought, I can scrap non-stop but I only scrapped 2 layouts..oh well..Hubby is soo busy with his game again! You guys like World of Warcraft? Hubby is soooo addicted to this for almost 6 months now..:) And Sunday came, we went to Church. Had lunch back here in the house. But I did some shopping in the afternoon as I will be off soon.

I always love weekends..well, who doesn`t? For me, I will get the chance to pamper myself with lotsa scrapping, of course hehe wake up late and not prepare something for hubby in the morning. And I can stay very very late at night..LOL So tomorrow,Saturday, we are not planning on where we are going yet but might be, we`ll just stay in the house. Hubby`s been very busy since he got his new puter;-) But I`m not surprised though…

Anyway, yesterday I was soo floored and excited to see in the forum in DigiChick titled {Toot for Yenny}! I just thought it was for the Designer Digitals Featured Artist of the Month.But when I opened it..I was sooo stoked! LOL I made my layout the Digi Pick of the Day! Wow! I feel so humbly honored;-) Thanks to Melissa for liking that one..So, here it is, {Ways on How to Eat Melon Perfectly}!!!

Ack..been a bad blogger again;-) Yeah..I’m caught up with things I am doing here. And have to finish them up before I will be off to the tropics again 3 weeks from now..

Hubby asked me why I said last time in here that I was bored to death..lol So, I have to reiterate that it was sort of joke,sweetie;-) Of course, its not a very bad idea kind of boring..Just that, sometimes, I wish I have something new to do except to rot my butt here in front of the computer;-) Like working 8 hrs a day. Like normal people do, you know. But I’m sure I will get bored too. I remember, I went back to work in a hotel as a secretary 2 yrs ago. I only worked like over a month since I got bored talking to people whom I don’t like and working with old ladies that all they cared about is how much they can earn every month. I was soo sick and tired hearing all those things. So I resigned after a month..lol Guess, I’m not a good employee then:-) Seriously, one of the reason is I easily get depressed when I stay in one place longer:( Like doing the same stuff over and over again for a long time. So, it’s good that I get away once in a while. When we live in Bangkok for 2 yrs. I go back home in my home country like almost every month..haha..Anyhow, please excuse my words last time my dear hubby. I’m sure you know that I am always here for you and to our little Al.
Last weekend, hubby and I went shopping! Yay! He bought a new computer again! Yep, it was kinda expensive but I’m sure it’s all worth it! It’s the 64 bit one..the fastest ever with uber hardrive;-) We actually have like 4 PC’s, 1 MAC laptop and other laptop for Al. We are like an internet Cafe in the house.hehe Hubby and I are couple computer geek. Since we both are Engineers so we have the same love:) I also got myself a new True to Religion pants. It’s more expensive here in Tokyo rather in Eluxury but oh well,still love it:) And couple blouses in Eddie Bauer and GAP. And new flipflap in Strawberry Fields.

As the title says, I have a few things to share to you. Last July 31, my layout “I Heart my Family” was the DigiChick Layout of the Day! I actually forgot to share this the other week since I was kinda overwhelmed with my Scrapartist’s MVP thing;-) And before that also, July 7, my layout “Waiting” was the DigiChick Layout of the Day! Very late though, but I also don’t want myself to forget this little toots! They give little joys to a scrappers heart,like me And not just that, my layout “Thanks for the Friendship” which I submitted for the Challenge over the Digichick Friendship Celebration made it to the August Dezine in the TDC! And finally, the last but not the least, I made it as the Artist of the Month for August in Designer Digitals! Wohooo..I was kinda floored and thrilled when Katie(owner of the site) emailed me that I won a GC of $20 in the shop and they want 3 of my LO’s to be featured in their Homepage..How exciting! You can check it out;-)

Anyway, that’s just it! Rainy outside but will be off to the grocery to buy some foods..;-)

This has to be the MOST and the HAPPIEST news in my digiscrapping life! LOL I’m still SPEECHLESS and cannot find the right words to express how HAPPY I AM!!! I’m doing the happy dance right here now..lol

Anyway, this weekend was a whirlwind! Yeah, I am! I jumped in and joined the Scrapartist 1 Year Celebration. They had great challenges, freebies and a lot of fun things to enjoy. I left some love and praise in the gallery and posted like over 1,000 lovin’ !!! And completed the 7 challenges for the celebration! For the first few hours, I won a gift certificate of $10! Yay! And then that’s not it. After the celebration, there are 5 Grand Prize Winners. 3 for the Random drawing of those who purchased in the shop and 2 for the MVP’s. Shocking to say that I am one of the MVP in Scrapartist and the grand prize is a YEAR SCRAPARTIST PRODUCTS!!! As in everything..OMG! I still can’t believe it! Thats just Holly Molly!!! Seriously, I just would like to take the time to thanks for all those Scrapartist ladies who believe in me that I am worthy for the prize. I have to admit, I had only 2 hrs sleep but needless to say, I LOVE every moment of that partyyy.. and those comments I left are from the bottom of my heart! And that, this will be cheerish forever…

Okey now, I have to call my DH and tell the news! haha
